New Delhi. Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi kidnapped a girl abused him in charge of the case to the Supreme Court on Monday sealed CBI submits status report. Court Raval, Additional Solicitor General said that the fire is being mentioned in the case of the girl, in reality there is no such person. He said that the petition of former MLA Goa teenage girl and her residential address has been mentioned, it is bogus. They confirm the Nagar Panchayat and district food and civil supplies inspector's report also cited. The inspector said the petition is totally bogus address entered. CBI has termed it a conspiracy to defame Rahul.
CBI has asked the court to order that the Goa court to the girl and her family members. Goa said in a statement that the cost of court proceedings has no bearing.
Dwivedi said the new affidavit of Goa and false accusations are unfounded. What are they saying this time, they said neither he nor the High Court in a special leave petition filed in the Supreme Court has said.
