Maruti increased the 18 thousand rupees monthly salary 80 percent of the proposed increase in salary as agreed in the first year will get the benefit to the employee. The remaining growth will be in the next two years. This agreement will be effective from April this year.

Maruti Company Workers Union general secretary Kuldeep Jangu said: "We have to deal with the management of their salary. Gurgaon plant workers average monthly salary will be increased to Rs 18,000 in three years. "
